The property is a 30 acre mountain pine forest located 8 miles from the WV border and facing the George Washington National Forest.

Located just 3 miles from downtown Wardensville, the property gives you an opportunity to get the best of both worlds - to be in nature but not at the cost access to life’s comforts. We have identified and are in the process of clearing over 4 miles of hiking trails.
